I want share my thoughts what i think on household chore done by women. Cooking is not assigned to specific gender universally because some think so. I would like to share a incident which happened to me, once some of my relatives came to my house and I was doing my usual work not bothering anyone, out of nowhere an "aunt" came and said "go help your mother cook after you're married off you've to do all a the cooking in that house". Why always women have to all the household chores like cooking and cleaning in the house while boys or men sit still. Cooking is a survival skill .I don't know about other countries, in most of the Indian households this happens. Random relatives are concerned about my marriage life just because they think I don't know how to cook, that is absurd. Whether I know how to cook or not ...
