I want share my thoughts what i think on household chore done by women. Cooking is not assigned to specific gender universally because some think so. I would like to share a incident which happened to me, once some of my relatives came to my house and I was doing my usual work not bothering anyone, out of nowhere an "aunt" came and said "go help your mother cook after you're married off you've to do all a the cooking in that house".

Why always women have to all the household chores like cooking and cleaning in the house while boys or men sit still. Cooking is a survival skill .I don't know about other countries, in most of the Indian households this happens. Random relatives are concerned about my marriage life just because they think I don't know how to cook, that is absurd. Whether I know how to cook or not is none of their business, even my parents doesn't have a problem.

Cooking and cleaning is a survival skill, everyone should know that. I know how to cook but that doesn't mean my husband shouldn't  cook or that become a problem for others. I don't know about others opinion or their point of view,  i shared thoughts. I wont question anyone or blame anyone because of this but I suggest to change thinking as if it is only girls duty to do so PLEASE.

I've been locked in this room for 2 days. I can't feel my legs, it is numb. I tried running my hands through the wall to find a door, but there is none. The dark, rusty room is more eerie at the second night, the weird feeling called Fear. I can hear echo of dripping water drops, rats squealing and running in pain. Screaming and crying for hours gave me a swollen eyes and sore throat. I noticed a rusty chain in the faint light. I crawled to the chain, it have blood on them. Why am I here? What is this place? started repeating in my head. I could hear footsteps echoing in the hallway, coming  towards me, which gave chills to my spine. Then the clicking of the lock of the door which I couldn't find.
